Yes, our community is pet-friendly. Residents may have up to two pets.

We charge a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet. There is no pet deposit.

We do not have any weight restrictions for pets at our community. However, there are some breed restrictions for dogs. The following breeds are not allowed: Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, Presa Canarios, Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Wolf-hybrid, Mastiff, Husky, Chow Chow, German Shepherd, and Dalmatian.

If you experience a maintenance issue, please contact our leasing office during business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM). Once you become a resident, you will also have access to a resident portal where you can submit maintenance requests online at any time.

No, you do not need to be present. Residents may grant our technicians permission to enter when submitting a work order request.
